WorkAdise is a company that was created in December 2022. Our name, a fusion of Work and Paradise, embodies our vision of providing a unique and stimulating work environment for remote workers in the Canary Islands. Our goal is to foster motivation, creativity, and productivity by offering a flexible work scenario that blends the benefits of a vibrant island lifestyle with a professional and innovative work culture.
Our founder
Samuel’s professional career has been mainly focused on hospitality management.
He has expertise in managing restaurants, bars, and events. This experience gave him an understanding of how things should be run to make the most successful guest experience.
Due to the pandemic, he had to take a turn in his career in hospitality, leading him to work in tech with the possibility to work remotely. As a digital nomad for two years, he easily understood the difference between a good and a bad working environment when being abroad.

When selecting a location to work from, he uses his past work experience to inform his criteria, which he believes that can contribute to a fulfilling workaway journey.
